What’s included in this release?

The new reporting module will allow Assetic™ users to run out-of-the-box reports with predefined views, using data from different modules. Predefined views in this release include asset dataset and component dataset, enabling key reports for Asset Manager. For example, identify all assets that don’t have components or aggregated asset value and condition. The reporting module provides functionality for data selection, filtering, and save/update views.

Why is this important?

Advanced search in Assetic allows users to query data and run reports using search criteria from different modules such as assets, work orders, and more. However, some reports across different modules are not supported in the advanced search. Consequently, the user needs to export the search results from different modules and manipulate information manually. This is a time-consuming process.

What is not included in this release?

The export view is under development and will be included in a future release.
