I'm Glenn Carter. I'm the Manager of Infrastructure and Environmental Operations here at the Prosser Council in South Australia. My team's responsible for maintenance and operation of all infrastructure across the region. As a council with an organisation, we really struggled to have a holistic approach to our asset management. We wanted to improve the way that we captured our data, analysed our data, to make informed decisions. Since introducing the Brightly solution, we've found that we've been able to mobilize our workforce in a more efficient manner across the region, which has enabled us to get better utilization of both our personnel and our fleet. We've definitely seen some benefits already. Field based mobility has been a key element of the introduction of the Brightly software solution. This has transitioned our council in a very contemporary manner by enabling our office based staff to be able to communicate in a timely and effective manner with our field based operators out in the field. Overall, we're confident in the decision we made with selecting Brightly software. We're confident that the data we're capturing, the integration of our corporate systems is gonna help us make long term sustainable and informed decisions to, best equipped us to manage our infrastructure and assets into the future.
