Brightly is not only a a system, it's a partnership. They work with us to make sure the system works the way we need it to. Brightly helps us to make sure we can take care of everything in our hospital to make sure our patients are safe. I can call almost anybody in the company, and they will help us. They will not say it's not my job. I have never heard that. They always say, let me get hold of somebody that knows what to do or somebody that's got the expertise to help you. It's been overall just a great product for us. The follow-up, the customer service, I think, is key, and it's a central part to me and my staff. For the capital projects, that is probably essential to any manufacturing company, any educational program to track all your product, all your equipment, so you know what to plan for in the years to come. I love working with the Brightly team. We have product meetings all the time. And just as a company, as a whole, the customer service is amazing. I'm using that help chat all the time. So it's really nice to have that ability to just, you know, hop on the website, jump in a live chat, and then, you know, if they don't know what the answer is immediately, they're really good about following up. It's very imperative to assess how the assets are, you know, the work orders that go out, making sure that preventive maintenance is happening, and at the same time, being in compliance with the government as well, well, which is funding for our school system, the tool ensures that we are on top of everything that we need to be. Life is about relationships, whether it's a relationship with your your your spouse, your children, your neighbor, your church, your community. Brightly really embraces that, and it's about the relationship between the client and their staff, and we do a phenomenal job of it.
