Aislinn McCarry

Aislinn employs big picture strategy and outside the box thinking to deliver world-class solutions to clients to assist with decarbonization, energy management, ESG and climate change mitigation. She leads the global Energy and ESG line of business for Brightly, including thought leadership and product vision. Aislinn is a recognized thought-leader in ESG and sustainability for her consulting and research experience across North America and Europe.  
  
Prior to joining Brightly, she was with EPL (acquired by Brightly in early 2022) where she opened the company’s Vancouver office, was responsible for the Western Canada operations and led the company’s client service and product delivery as part of the leadership team. Previous work experience includes leading the energy and sustainability team in British Columbia, Canada at Halsall Associates (now WSP), and working in the field of biomass combustion and micro-CHP research in Vienna, Austria. She holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada 

Brian Callaway 

Senior Account Manager – Energy, Brightly Software 

Brian Callaway is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers with more than a decade of energy experience ranging from direct facility-level energy management practice to designing and implementing various energy technologies including efficiency retrofits, smart meter adaptations, integrated building systems controls, and on-site generation. In his days as a public sector energy manager, he oversaw portfolios of up to 6-million square feet of building space. As his favorite form of solar energy capture, Brian enjoys tending to and feasting on his prolific front-yard blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry patches. 

Nate Eicher
