Hi. I'm assistant city manager with City of Minneapolis. I'm responsible for most of the outpacing departments. That are with the city that include engineering, planning. Most of your public worksfield water resources, stormwater, transportation, waste and so on. We use it brightly with understanding where we are with the status of our infrastructure, long term cost, What predictor was able to do for us is to give us new tools in our toolbox in order to be able to help us manage the affordability of our long term set inventory and reinvestment needs. It gives the agencies a sense of how you've planned to reinvest in your system and where those dollars are gonna be spent long term. It also gives your customer's confidence that that you've got a plan moving forward that you know where your areas of need are. We had some some data gaps that were in, one of our, systems where we need to continue to work on that. To get really drilled down into, you know, more specifics, but it helped us to be able to also prioritize. You may have rotation department, they're doing one thing. And then the water resources department, as they come out, well, they've got a planned repair on another street. Projector was able to help us combine those. Wait a minute. You've got a water line that you need to replace on this street, or if you're planning to pave this road, here's the age of the water line. You need to be able to take a look at that from a holistic view and make sure that you're planning that work appropriately so you're not misspending dollars, if you will.
