You'll have somebody come in and you'll say, hey, you know, look at this piece of equipment, you know, can you fix it or does it need to be replaced? And a lot of times, the customer might be wondering, is this an honest answer or is this like an answer that's going to benefit the person giving me the answer? And so with data, it kind of eliminates a lot of that, question about, am I getting a real sincere honest answer that's best for me or is it gonna benefit somebody else? Data is very, very important for my job. We wanna use as much work order data, as much asset information as we can. We use all the data from Asset Essentials to not only look at return investment on assets, but also our own technicians on everything. Riley will let you customize it however you want, and not just you for your site. If you go down to the individual customers or the individual technicians, they can organize how they see and how they change everything to make their job a little bit easier while still recording all the information that we need. Sometimes customer says, hey. I need this specific information for this pass that can you send that to me? And having it in a digestible format that the customer can understand helps us meet our customer needs and any questions they might have. I think what we've got a a duty for the for the market is to help clients understand how good their own data is so that they can take the right action, whether it's renew it, let's go into a facility condition assessment, or actually this is okay, focus our resources elsewhere.
