Our goal on the venue level is to protect your assets. I work for ASM Global based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. We are a management company. We provide a team to manage facilities for NBA facilities, NFL arenas, convention centers, outdoor theaters. At the end of the day, when we look at a life cycle of a asset, where's the money gone to? How much money did we spend on this asset? Is it cost effective? And then you plead your case at the end of your year when it comes time to maybe replace some big equipment, a piece of equipment in your building that's gonna have a high ticket. You can see you can backtrack through asset essentials and see what you've spent for the maintenance and labor costs. Some of these buildings have really old equipment. So when the budget comes, we have to prioritize. And the long term decision of, do we spend the money on preventative maintenance? So we have all these PMs built in throughout city centrals, and we have data points included so we can measure the data on these specific assets. So at the end of, let's say, six months, with the data points that we've entered through our city centrals, there's gonna be a number associated with that, with labor cost, with the cost of replacement parts. So if we wanna do an analysis of the life cycle of that asset, in six months, Asset Essentials can produce a report, and it can tell me specifics on this department spent this much money on this specific asset in this time frame. So is it cost effective to say we're gonna continue to do what we're doing with preventative maintenance spending that kind of money or at the end of the six months or at the end of your fiscal year, you may have went over your budget when we could have budgeted for this new equipment and saved the labor cost and the replacement parts throughout the year. The Brightly support staff, they are very, very hands on. They're very available. So we meet with them biweekly. They're there for navigating through any challenges we have.
