Brightly Asset Essentials

Asset essentials allows us to make better decisions based on data instead of a personal feeling or a, a hunch. The strength of asset essentials us is being able to pull out the data and report up through our VP and president and answer any questions that come up. Without faster essentials, I'm not sure how our technicians would be able to do their job at all. It's very simple to use. The navigation process everything you have it to where you can create a work order or you could create a request. And then just a dashboard, the simplicity of it. Asset essentials is your core maintenance management. System. You can't be everywhere at all times. Those sensors can base. So they're running twenty four seven three sixty five. It's almost having another worker with you that allows you to work smarter, not harder. It's a very, very useful tool in tracking your assets, whether that be a room or a part of your grounds. If we didn't have asset essentials, would have a real difficult time in predicting. We would be relying on our employees' experience, and I can tell personal experience that without some sort of record where we purchased, and I don't I know how much work we've done on it, It would be a guess, and guessing is not good in this environment.
