Brightly Event Manager

What event manager does is it organizes the events. It can be public facing or it can be for internal use only. The community can have access to it from that institution's website, and it'll set off a chain of approvals to make sure that nothing is ever double booked. It helps with setting up event spaces and cleaning up those spaces. But more importantly, it takes the strain of having that one person that has the job of taking in every person that wants to book a room or reserve an area and keeping up with all those things, especially in the mid market where my team focuses. A lot of times, the local university or the school high school has the nicest buildings in that area. So to make those buildings available to the public, to one, produce revenue, and two, produce a greater community between the school and the community that sits in. Event Manager allows that institution to make revenue off building, as well as make that connection with the community.
