Brightly Predictor

Predictor is a wonderful tool that takes all of our information and allows us to create simulations on what the future may or may not be. And based on different funding sources and funding levels, we can show to our policy makers what the impact of that policy is based on those sources. So we can tell them what does the future hold for our facilities? Are they gonna be crumbling and at what cost? And then what would it take to maintain those conditions as they currently are? Predictor is gonna give us a tool to to model out, you know, where, where we are with our asset. Are those assets degrading faster? If we have the money from the state, are we gonna be able to stay in front of those asset failures and be able to kind of maintain kind of a status flow as we continue to request projects. When we talk about predictor, there's so many areas that it provides value back to what we do as engineers and also what we the type of work that we do for our clients. It's really critical for a local government to have a long range view of how they need to investments. We're in the process of doing a, strategic plan. In fact, predictor was able to help us to be able to understand Where does infrastructure fit in with that? Anytime you're gonna have to answer to your taxpayers for increases. You certainly wanna have that data that's at your fingertips to be able to back up those decisions that you're gonna make in terms of long term investment. I fully expect that there will be significant cost savings as we move forward. It gives you that road map and path forward so that you know where your future is gonna be and how properly plan that work for years to come.
