My name is Dina Armstrong. I work for the city of Lebanon, New Hampshire, and I am their asset manager. We are very new to Brightly. We're using it for asset management, for our work orders. The long term hope and plan for asset management for the city of Lebanon is that we have one stop shopping that our city manager can log on and see what's going on with any given asset or multiple assets at any time. My hope is that we can gain efficiencies and streamline some of our processes by having a flexible workflow and system. We are a city of fifteen thousand, so not huge, but we do have Dartmouth College right outside our city that's in Hanover, which is the next city over. We have Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital, which is a teaching hospital. That is actually within our city boundaries. We have a lot of people coming into Lebanon to work there. We are also right across the river from Vermont, so a lot of residents from Vermont come into shop in New Hampshire because there's not a lot of shopping there and we're tax free, you know, live free or die. And our landfill, like, there isn't a landfill in those communities right across the river, so they come in for that. So having the asset essentials to support that is going to help us get ahead of our maintenance, to stay ahead of our infrastructure. I do believe that for any size community, it could be very beneficial from what I've seen in our usage so far.
