How does this impact my account?
What do I need to do in my systems?
No action is required by clients as a result of this change, including how to log a support call and payment processes.
Will this impact the level of service that I have today?
No. You can expect the same high-quality products and high levels of service that you enjoy today. There will be no disruptions to any ongoing projects, services or trainings. This included access to tools such as the Community hub, ConfirmLearn and the Assetic KnowledgeBase. Clients will have access to these tools as they always have.
Does this change how clients contact us for support?
No. Clients can still reach us via phone or email. Our phone numbers will remain the same. Our support email will change to firstname.lastname@example.org, regardless of where you work, which will be linked with the current support email to ensure we receive all communications. This linkage will never expire or end.
Does this change affect my contract? Do I need a new vendor form or tax form?
No. There are no immediate changes or updates required to existing contracts. Only the name of our company will change. All other details will remain the same.
Will Brightly still hold Dude University?
Brightly will introduce a new user conference for 2023, with a renewed focus on providing best-in-class thought leadership and professional development sessions. Look for more details in the coming months.
