Brightly Wins Bronze Stevie® Award in 2022 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service
The Brightly North American Support team – affectionately known as The Legendary Support Team – was recognized with a Bronze Stevie in the technology front-line customer service team of the year at the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The award recognizes achievements between July 2019 and September 2021. Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11, 2022.
The Brightly client support team consists of 30+ front-line support representatives that handle an average 400 cases per day, totaling 100,000 cases per year across 23 unique products. Exceptional service is in this team’s DNA, proven by the consistently high NPS score. For the SaaS industry, the average NPS is 30 and the Brightly client support team is consistently over 75. For 2021, the team achieved a record-breaking NPS score of 82.46.
