My name is Cassandra Herrera Ayala. I'm an admin support specialist at Babble State University here in on North Carolina. We are the customer service representatives really in terms of reaching out to the students and faculty, but also making sure that the technicians, they are receiving the work orders. About a year ago, we ended up launching our call center, and it's just keeping the day to day operations making sure that it's correctly assigned, you know, the work order routing, everything is really up to par to help out the technicians, but also maintain our campus. Coming into an organization just like a university, you need to have everything organized and asset essentials, it's a great way to go. The simplicity of it, you can easily manage it. One of my colleagues submitted a nomination for me for the client success appreciation through brightly. And he came downstairs, and he said, Hey, you won an award. You've been with us for about year now, and you've truly shown a remarkable grasp of really how to manage asset essentials. I'm still in shock. I'm still trying to process everything. You go to work, do your job, and, you know, come back home and just expect for another day to run. Just seeing that I'm valued as an employee, that everything that I'm doing is really being recognized to a higher extent is is truly a good feeling. I would really like to think rightly, being this my first year, especially coming into a work force that you have to deal with the facility management portion of it. It's made it way simple, just seeing that our campus overall has really maintained, you know, a good foundation, a good reputation. Because of using asset essentials, it it really, couldn't have made my job any any way easier.
