Data is very important to us. Once the data is in, the system kinda runs itself. Data is imperative for leadership to kinda make those crucial decisions. You put good data in, you get good data out, and it helps you make those decisions to drive your business forward. Numbers don't lie. Right? Numbers are very, very objective. We're we're humans without data. We can be very subjective and and and discuss and defend things based on our emotions. But when you have data, it's kinda hard to dispute that. We've gained more data in past two years than we had cumulatively all time prior to that. When we look at history and combine it with predictive insights, we can then advise on business decisions today that hopefully will impact you positively tomorrow. You don't know with a crystal ball exactly what will happen in the future, but with data, we can certainly get as close as possible to projecting what will happen. Data gives us the power to put what we know anecdotally into hard facts that we can prove to the people around us that might not understand our experience. So data's numbers, those are all just objective. Right? But they prove a subjective story. Data driven is what I have to answer to the c suite. They wanna know what we're doing, how come we're doing it. If you can print a report that shows everything that's going on, it gives you the ammunition to go upstairs and talk to them one on one. Data helps us ask for additional support if we need it. Having that ability to go in and pull reports is really important to us. What we need to try to determine is how many people does it take to clear our ditches every year? Do we have enough staff to do it? You can use data to support your position to get what you need. It is all about the data because otherwise, great models will have poor answers. So whether it's reporting or AI and ML, it's about getting great data for our clients to use and exploit. It sounds deceptively simple, but that's the job for us now, to do all of the cool stuff that are all super high value stuff, drive towards sustainability, plan and optimize your investments over the next ten years. All of those things mean we need to understand what's happening right now. It's about meeting clients where they are today, augmenting their processes, ensuring we capture the data, and then at every step as they mature down that journey, enabling them to to access more and more value.
