It keeps our residents happy when everything is working as it should because without that database, everything can fall apart in the blink of an eye. If you don't have the information in the system, you don't knowhow long it's been there or when do it needs to be replaced.
Without that database, everything can fall apart in the blink of an eye. My name is Shannon Williams, and I, work for Morin's Park in Naples, Florida, and I'm in the facilities department. I deal with Workshub all day long, submitting work orders for the maintenance technicians, taking phone calls from residents, and residents submitting requests in the Workshub system as itself. I deal with it all day long at work, and the crew is good with the the WorksHub system. If I have any issues, I chat with them online, I chat with them on the phone, and they resolve the the issues quickly for me. Our whole goal is to maintain all our assets and make sure they're in a system accurate so that anything breaks down, we have the information when we need to update mostly of the asset stuff that we deal with mostly with for, Worksupp and for work work order system wise for residents having issues and things like that. We keep track of how many times times they put a work order in for it, how often we need to repair things for them. Because a lot of them, they have a lot of issues with some things and we have to make sure we have that information in the database. Data is very important to us. That's why, like, the asset part of it is is if we get a piece of a new equipment, we need to put that new equipment information in the system, take out the old information so that we don't have the old information because you can store two types of information in the same location, but it helps us a lot with taking out the old, putting in the new. So that way, it keeps our database clean and clear of what's new and what's old that needs to be repaired and what don't need to be repaired or replaced. Without the software writing this stuff down every day, it it's not easy. Having a system to put in everything that you need, it's great. It's pretty self explanatory. You just go into different locations and things like that, and you can pretty much study it yourself if you actually wanna put in the work for to do it. It keeps our residents happy when everything is working as it should because without that database, everything can fall apart in the blink of an eye. If you don't have the information in the system, you don't know how long it's been there or when do it needs to be replaced.
